Return Policy for Online E-commerce Purchases
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us via email and we will make it right. According to the need, we can provide a refund, store credit or replacement. Order shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. We reserve the right to deny returns on orders placed longer than 30 days from the shipped date.
Store Purchase Returns
For store bought items, you can bring your receipt and your returnable item(s) to the store where you purchased it for a full refund on defective or unused merchandise.
Shipping Policies
Natierra ships online orders to addresses only in the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days following placement.
Holiday Ordering
Please be aware that orders placed around holidays may have longer processing time that usual. Holidays include:
President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Day before Christmas, Christmas, Day before New Year, and New Year.
Next Day ShippingThe Next Day Shipping option only applies to the amount of time it takes our carriers to deliver packages. Processing time to package the item(s) will remain the same.
