Chia Hummus Dip

1 cup canned chickpeas, drained
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp Natierra Organic and Fair Trade Chia Seeds
2 tbsp tahini
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp Pink Salt
parsley for garnish

Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Let sit for 30 minutes.
Garnish with parsley. Serve with warm whole wheat pita, toast, crackers or vegetable sticks
